Our CEO, Philip Shepherd ran the commercial operations of three digital music start-ups. Ben Stinton, our Technical Director, trained as a PHP Developer and has been a Project Manager and a Company Director. Whilst our MD Sheba Karamat, has over sixteen years within the recruitment industry. Sheba has previously sold her recruitment business to a VC fund ran by James Caan. We know our stuff and we know what works.


Over the years we have consistently grown our business and we have an incredible team of passionate and intelligent people that share our love of the digital media, mobile and technology space.


We have recently expanding our operations and now have opened up offices in Birmingham and Manchester and are looking to recruit several Recruitment Interns.

  • Help with all recruitment duties as assigned

  • Screening applications

  • Loading adverts on relevant job boards

  • Answering general inquiries

  • Answering the phones

  • Formatting CVs

  • Organising interviews for candidates


 


Skill set

The successful candidate will have:



  • An understanding of recruitment 

  • Excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Great communication skills

  • A positive, flexible attitude
