Outbound Contact Officer - Solihull

Salary: £7 to £7 ph

A vibrant and knowledgeable call center that who dedicated to communicating with the older consumer market are currently looking for a Outbound Contact Officer to join the team.

As Outbound Contact Officer you will have the opportunity to be invoiced in customer service, marketing, sales calls and outbound calls on behalf of clients

Role and Responsibilities
As Outbound Contact Officer, you will be responsible for the following:

• Achievement of personal targets and contribute to Team Targets set by the Senior Response/Clients
• Deliver high standards of Outbound Calls in a confident, professional and Friendly manner
• To communicate clearly, openly and display excellent listening skills at all times
• Ensure all details are captured and updated appropriately to maximize opportunities
• Use of initiative to evaluate and question what you are doing and come up with new ways to improve, become more effective and assist in driving the company forward

Skill Set
The successful Outbound Contact Officer will have the following attributes:

• Excellent communication skills & high levels of customer service expertise
• Display a positive attitude and high level of commitment
• Ability to show empathy
• Able to work alone or part of a team
• Confident on the telephone and working for continuous periods on the phone
• Sales skills may be required for some outbound campaigns
