Type: Permanent Full-Time
Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 pa basic, upto £45,000 variable

A cutting edge global software provider is looking for a Software Sales Manager for their vibrant London office who has a great knowledge of the Construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a Software Sales Manager to be integral to the development of major UK construction organisations through cutting edge technologies in the industry. Not only will this candidate know Construction Software but have the ability to work efficiently in the a target driven environment.
Role and Responsibilities
As Software Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• A senior level office based technical (required to demo product) sales role taking responsibility for the full sales cycle
• Identifying new opportunities mostly to private sector companies
• Heightening brand awareness across all customers - QS, consultancies, contractors and developers.
• As a small team, it's essential the candidates have an ability to generate leads, book demo meetings from cold and then take customers through to sales.

Skill Set
The successful Software Sales Manager will have the following:

• A proven track record of winning and managing major customers and owning the sales processes within the construction industry.
• An extensive knowledge of the Takeoff and Cost Estimating or similar market products on route to market, including building relationships with major contractors and consultancies.
• A strong broad understanding of Construction, BIM, Takeoff and Cost Estimating.
