The role of Sales Operations Manager will implement the sales processes across new and existing clients, ensuring that all steps in the workflow are delivered.

Role and Responsibilities
As the Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
• Responsible for delivery of the end to end sales process, including billing process, revenue recognition and reporting
• Managing the sales contracts process, coordinating with the legal teams to execute the client contracts
• Coordinating client termination requests with sales execs and legal where appropriate
• Managing and inputting revenue detail into excel and CRM systems, tracking revenue and monthly reconciliation with the finance team
• Working with the commercial team to produce monthly revenue figures including new business, status of contracts and renewals, allocating appropriate risk and disseminating to various stakeholders internally
• Manage the annual budget process, working with finance and commercial teams to produce accurate forecasts of future revenue
• Providing proactive support as and when required for finance and sales teams
• Manage the Sales and Office Administrator

Skill Set
The successful Sales Operations Manager will have the following:
• Experience in managing sales cycle, sales needs and customer expectations
• Sales administration experience, ideally with an international client base
• Experience of using a sales database and/or CRM tools e.g. sales force
• Experience of presenting complex revenue data in a clear and concise manner
• Excellent numeracy, data management and analytical skills
• Proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment meeting tight deadlines
• Experience of working in the sports or news media industry is desired, passion is mandatory
