Video across web and mobile is certainly one area of the digital world that is experiencing exponential growth. If you are looking for a SaaS Sales Director, EMEA role that is involved with video, then this might be for you. Our client is one of the leading online video platforms used by media companies, businesses and organisations worldwide to publish and distribute video on the Web. As the Sales Director, EMEA, you will be one of the key members of the team, hunting new business, closing deals across EMEA, finding prospects, speaking at events, evangelising for video appearing on all web and mobile sites.
Role and Responsibilities
Your potential employer's platform is used by hundreds of professional publishers to power online video initiatives that reach over a hundred million Internet users every month. Our client is looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented Sales Director for the EMEA region. The successful Sales Director, EMEA will be responsible for establishing new business relationships within Enterprise, Media and Broadcast sectors across EMEA. The successful Sales Director, EMEA should have 10+ years’ experience in a sales role within a technology/ digital media platform company (SaaS/PaaS). As the Sales Director, EMEA your main responsibilities will include:

• Create, implement and own a sales pipeline to manage customer lead intake, outbound activity, prioritization and metrics for measurement of deal status.
• Achieve sales goals each quarter.
• Continuously develop an extensive set of relationships at C-level, VP and Director-levels across companies and across industry categories.
• Continuously grow revenue via increased reach and penetration across numerous content owner accounts as well as sales of new and incremental services.
• Leverage and support a virtual territory team to execute against sales goals
• Help build and execute against a territory plan
• Prepare deal overviews and contract summaries for key stakeholders.
• Travel when necessary to meet potential customers
