Do you demonstrate a consultative, self-starter attitude in a technical Sales Consultant roles? I am looking for a Sales Consultant with expert knowledge on the P2P – AP;AR industry to join a major business who offer bespoke streamlined business solutions in Automation, Purchase, eHealthcare and Cloud solutions. The role involves the Sales Consultant to exhibit a proactive consultative approach who has experience software sales within a lucrative and cutting-edge technology environment to drive sales, develop existing accounts and contribute to the expansion of the company’s growth to the UK. As the successful Sales Consultant you will work closely with the Group Sales Director and be responsible for the sales of the company’s business process solutions.
Role and Responsibilities
As Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for the following:

• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets.
• Apply existing business knowledge to analyse customers’ current process and identify how they can be streamlined using the company’s solutions.
• Identify areas where the company’s solutions can be implemented to new and existing customers.
• You will manage and develop long-term business relationships with the company’s clients.
• Contribute to strategic and tactical marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with the company’s consulting technical teams on customer projects.
• You will prepare and deliver quality presentations.
• Create quotations, proposals and tender responses to the highest standards.
• Demonstrate the company’s business process solutions to existing and new customers.
• You will be able to negotiate contracts and tenders.
• Deliver other ad-hoc duties as required.

Skill Set
The successful Sales Consultant will have the following:

• You have demonstrated success in consultative selling in the software sector with an ISV or similar.
• University/college degree or similar qualification in a technical or business discipline.
• Proven track record in new business development and account management at a senior level.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and proactively generate new leads.
• Experience in presenting to and negotiating with prospective customers at all levels.
• Skilled in delivering multiple tasks simultaneously, with a flair for organisation and prioritisation.
• You will be ambitious, have a self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and the drive to succeed.
• An exacting approach backed up by consistent attention to detail.
• You will be proficient in the use of standard MS Office applications.
