Role and responsibilities

As the Rewards & Partnerships Operations Executive you will work with clients and Client Services to fully understand client needs/business objectives and ensure each change/operational need relating to rewards management meets set objectives rather than simply being delivered.

Your duties will include:
• Be the first point of contact with Clients for all BAU operational service delivery
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies, simplification and savings through all areas of operational delivery
• Setup of new catalogue rewards & partnerships including system entry, testing, web content, sign-off and communication to call center
• Accurate and timely setup of partner offers ensuring consistency between front end and back end setup, and bonus points processes
• Actioning change to the setup and presentation of partners including points changes and content updates. Including the timely communication of new information to the call center
• Ensure clarity and understanding of reward project plans and critical path analysis is understood by all parties
• Create internal and external briefs and effectively communicate to all relevant teams
• Clarify and communicate specific tasks and ensure progressed through relevant parties e.g. out sourced 3rd parties, internal delivery teams, and client services
• Demonstrate a strong quality focus and manage deadlines and associated risk with delays being proactively escalating in timely manner when required
• Monitor results of activity during and post implementation
• Work flexibly to support Client Services teams, contributing to a ‘one-team’ culture in Global Loyalty Solutions

The successful Rewards & Partnerships Operations Executive will provide support to the Rewards & Partnerships Manager to:
• Identify new potential partners
• Research new markets for partnerships
• Ensure effective day-to-day management of partners

Skill set

The successful Rewards & Partnerships Operations Executive will have the following attributes:
• Excellent attention to detail
• Highly organised, strong numerical and analytical skills
• A working knowledge of reporting, tracking and SLA delivery
• Good interpersonal skills to manage relationships both internally and externally
• Experience of working in an operational environment with SLAs to manage
• Ability to prioritise activity based on effect on the consumer/business
• Ability to manage processes and stakeholders to a schedule
• Ability to demonstrate a logical thought process
• You will be experienced in working in an rewards operational environment with strong client and delivery focus
• Experience working with 3rd Party service providers
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Must be fluent in English and ideally another European language, either French or German - this is not mandatory.
