One of the largest publishing organisations in the world is looking for an experienced Programme Administrator to join
their team based in Frating. You will have the responsibility for providing administrative support to the Programme
Manager, ensuring the timely, high-quality and effective delivery of these functions, with a view to ensure the efficient
administration and delivery of the Programme. The successful Programme Administrator will contribute to the
achievement of the deliverables, performance targets, aims and objectives of the Programme Management Team. As
the Programme Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

Role and Responsibilities
As Programme Administrator you will be responsible for the following:

• Managing and scheduling team meetings, taking minutes and chasing actions
• Organising travel bookings, Expenses submission, logistics organisation
• Maintaining and updating programme and stream Action and Decision Logs
• Lead on logistics arrangements and practicalities such as meeting room bookings, train travel and expenses claims
• Compiling and maintaining team contact information, whereabouts logs and technology kit/licencing/other requirements on behalf of the team
• Producing minutes from meetings and assist with workshop summaries
• Diary management
• Providing administrative support across the programme
• Supporting to the wider team with project tasks as appropriate
• Maintaining a tracked on expenses and programme costs
• Helping on-board and exit new team members (e.g. new kit, introduction meetings)

Skill Set
The successful Programme Administrator will have the following:

• Pass grades in GCSE English and Maths
• Highly organised and efficient
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to produce clear, concise meeting minutes and action logs
• Strong self-starter and able to prioritise across multiple areas of work
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Comfortable using Microsoft packages
• Comfortable working at a fast pace within a large team
• Personable manner and able to build a rapport quickly with a range of colleagues
• Experienced in diary management and resolving conflicting priorities in calendars

Desired Skills:
• Ideally experienced in working in a project environment
• Secretarial or administrative qualifications
• European Computer Driving License
• Ability to travel to other UK sites
