As Marketing Manager, you will be supported by the Managing Director, ensuring the consistent, professional marketing support to the franchise network.

Role and Responsibilities
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
• Developing the annual Marketing Plan
• Carryout Market Research, to ensure the most effective marketing collateral is created
• Create and implement marketing strategies for Recognition Express and The ZipYard
• Present tools and run through, how they should be used, the impact they will have and how to measure the success
• Creating integrated marketing collateral that will equip Franchise Owners with the right tools to market their business
• Running individual campaigns for 60 Franchise Owners across 2 brands
• Working with various agencies (design, telesales, direct marketing) to ensure the delivery of consistent, professional and valuable marketing support to the franchise network
• Implementing PR, Social Media, and SEO strategies
• Manage 4 external partner agencies as well as being responsible for Marketing Assistant
• Reporting to the Managing Director
• Regular website updates

Skill Set
The successful Marketing Manager will have the following:
• Minimum experience of 3 years in a broad marketing role
• Good understanding of both online and offline marketing campaigns
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive and enthusiastic team player
• Well organized, with an excellent attention to detail while being able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Experience in B2B or retail is desirable
