As the resident Marketing and Product Manager, you will get the opportunity to demonstrate your exceptional digital marketing and technical knowledge to accelerate the growth of the business. Full of marketing ideas, tech-savvy and a happy collaborator, the Marketing and Product Manager will hit the ground running and be responsible for optimizing the customer lifecycle and revenue streams to implement some big changes and make a big difference to the success of the business.
Role and Responsibilities
As Marketing and Product Manager, you will be expected to:
• Analyse existing client data to identify potential targets and help to create an engaging online experience for customers
• Study customer behaviour across the on boarding process and website to gain a better understanding of overall customer journeys
• Monitor traffic sources and channel effectiveness with A/B test landing pages, payment pages and other key landing & conversion pages
• Get your hands dirty with some serious database digging- leverage quantitative measurement, scenario modelling in spreadsheets and complex database querying
• Propose creative new projects that attract prospects and convert leads, & testing new approaches to capturing existing demand
• Measure and optimise these projects, reporting results and proposing improved ways of operating based on the data
• To work/liaise with the businesses agencies to understand SEO impact and improve it

Skill Set
The successful Marketing and Product Manager will have the following:
• Minimum of three years’ experience within digital marketing and experience of working with large volumes of data
• Demonstrable experience of devising commercially sound plans based on data analysis
• Solid knowledge and understanding of digital marketing tools (i.e. Google Analytics, MailChimp etc)
• Strong technical capabilities and coding skills in HTML, CSS and/or JavaScript
• Excellent communication, relationship building and collaboration skills
