HR Business Analyst - Birmingham

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding HR role? My super exciting client, within the broadcasting and media sector is currently recruiting a number of HR Business Analyst who will own the start-up processes, standard operating procedures and document the agreed workarounds required to establish and stabilise the new insourced HR service centre and the wider HR service.
As the HR Business Analyst, your focus will be on all in-scope HR services being transitioned from the current out-sourced service providers and divisional HR teams to the service centre and the integration of these across all HR to provide a fit for purpose customer experience. As the successful HR Business Analyst your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying opportunities to standardise and improve processes and procedures
• Developing and documenting process / procedure workarounds
• Defining and documenting standard operating procedures
• Processing and operating procedure analysis
• Developing all in scope standard operating procedures
• Developing decision and escalation protocols at a transactional level
• Mapping of all document requirements
• Mapping of all interfaces and handoffs
• Defining and documenting workarounds

Skill Set
• HR generalist and / or HR service centre experience (set up or working in)
• Communication and engagement skills
• Procedure and work around documentation
• Process mapping
• Problem solving/root cause analysis
• Business process analysis and Business Analysis skills
• Defining and documenting HR service centre standard operating procedures
• Awareness of business process improvement activity
