How does eCommerce Trading Manager for the biggest health and beauty retailer sound for your next career move? As the eCommerce Trading Manager you will drive the eCommerce business to become a market leader for specific markets. You will coordinate all departments and drive the eCommerce trading plan to achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering sales, traffic and conversion targets through analytics, communications and strategic management and know the customer, anticipate and follow trends.
Role and Responsibilities
As the eCommerce Trading Manager your key responsibilities will include:

• Analyse key metrics and all available data sources to understand how to better facilitate customer experience.
• Understand eCommerce trading strategies for defined markets and tailor this approach to the European market.
• As a eCommerce Trading Manager you will Build a strong understanding of the beauty industry and shopper behaviour.
• Project manage the activities of the eCommerce team to support the category objectives using KPIs including sales, margins, traffic and customer conversion to identify areas of development.
• Build strong working relationships with eCommerce commercial coordinators and administrators to optimise all processes and ensure efficiency.

Skill Set
The successful eCommerce Trading Manager will have the following:

• Degree educated or equivalent.
• Extensive working knowledge of both online and offline retail processes and customer experiences.
• Proven experience of setting strategic direction within previous roles.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate and build relationships with colleagues throughout the company.
• Possesses the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams whilst acting as a team player.
• Meticulous approach to eCommerce trading processes and attention to detail.
• A second European language would be advantageous.
