An amazing opportunity has come up for an eCommerce Project Manager with one of the most recognisable brand in the world ! My client is looking to recruit an eCommerce Project Manager, who will be responsible for leafing the strategies direction of the eCommerce business and implementation of the agreed eCommerce strategy.
Role and Responsibilities
As the eCommerce Project Manager you will be responsible for:

• Strategy Development
• Lead the e-commerce strategy development, for both the near and long term business.
• Support the department head in strategic thinking and decision making.
• Support the Business Development team in crafting partnerships (including contract analysis) with e-commerce partners.
• Lead the project implementation process to ensure smooth delivery of the agreed e-commerce strategy.
• Pursue operational process efficiency improvements in all department activities, with particular focus on fulfilment and website development.
• Ensure alignment with the media team.
• Set-up a reporting and analytics structure for the e-commerce business.

Skill Set
The successful eCommerce Project Manager will have the following:

• In order to qualify for eCommerce Project Manager, candidates must demonstrate a strong academic background, an impressive professional track record and a full range of soft skills which are essential for creating and maintaining effective working relationships.
• Extensive e-commerce experience within high profile, international companies.
• Degree holder preferable.
• Evidence of successfully managing key strategic projects in line with agreed budgetary parameters and time frames.
• Sound knowledge of international e-commerce dynamics.
• Track record of working with senior management and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders on strategic ideas.
• Strong analytical skills, with an excellent attention to detail.
• Evidence of effectively using research and analysis to validate strategic direction.
• Strong IT skills, fully competent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint in particular.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, whilst managing multiple priorities.
• A confident approach to presentations, with the ability to create and write effective presentation materials.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with demonstrable ability to build effective working relationships throughout an organisation.
• Evidence of working within a highly effective team, with the ability to maintain the energy and momentum within a team.
• Ability to think creatively and maintain a solution focused approach to operational issues.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to all tasks, with the desire to consistently exceed stakeholder expectations.
