A brilliant opportunity is now available for a Director of Supply to join a company that delivers personalized video experiences and is a leader in online video management, publishing, analytics and monetisation. Our client's integrated suite of technologies and services gives content owners the power to expand audiences through deep insights that drive increased viewer engagement and revenue from video. Through a recent acquisition, our client also operates one of the world's largest premium video ad serving platforms and programmatic trading solutions, delivering ads to viewers across all devices. The most successful broadcasters and media companies in Europe and in the Asia Pacific region use it to maximize video monetisation.
As the Director of Programmatic Sales Supply, you will sign deals and initiate partnerships across EMEA that present business development opportunities for the company and develop relationships with key players across the ecosystem. It’s important that you not only have the knowledge but also the ambition to consult and help our clients to become successful within this fast growing area. You will report to VP Programmatic and work closely with the team in London and across EMEA. Given the focus on bringing on supply deals you will furthermore develop great working relationships with Our Client’s overall sales teams in EMEA. In addition we are looking for you to lead the way in creating processes and structures that will help projects run smoothly and enable them to grow sustainably.

Role and Responsibilities
• Own supply strategy in EMEA
• Develop and lead large international supply deals across EMEA
• Supply sales coordination across EMEA in cooperation with RMs
• Ownership of supply sales operations, including pipeline management and sales processes
• Deepen and evolve relationship with existing clients
• Identify strategic partnerships and proactively drive co-operation opportunities

Skill Set
• Proven deal-making and partnership management experience
• Strong experience of digital advertising and monetisation with an understanding of online video
• Experience and proven track record of Business Development in the digital advertising industry
• Experience of managing different internal stakeholders
• Proven experience of thinking strategically about business opportunities and issues
• Great organisational skills and ability to prioritise and work effectively to deadlines
• Ideally some account management experience
• Clear and concise communicator with the ability to be understood by commercial as well as technical teams
• International experience with a preference for EMEA
