Digital Designer - London

This is your chance to make your Digital Designer dreams come true, by working for a world-class global family entertainment organisation.
This role for Digital Designer requires dedication and enthusiasm for digital design, working to deadlines and demonstrating a solid understanding of brand guidelines and audience awareness. As the Digital Designer, you will have the opportunity to create outstanding and engaging content for the business’ social media channels and other platforms to help expand audience engagement with the company’s many brands.

Note: This role is currently being advertised as a 3 month contract but there is potential for extension up to 12 months.

Role and Responsibilities
As Digital Designer, you will be responsible for the following:
• Responsible for day-to-day asset creation across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter and Snapchat.
• To create outstanding and engaging content for the social media and non-linear outlets.
• Work with the Digital Marketing & Creative Services teams to request required assets and take content from conception through to deployment.
• Contribute to the posting strategy for content releases.
• Monitor social media insights on a daily basis and adapt content accordingly
• Liaise with lines of business outside of the Studio team to collate assets ensuring that images are relevant; are communicated accurately; follow brand guidelines and are portrayed in an engaging manner and always audience appropriate.
• Work across all brand conversation calendars to create appropriate assets to fit briefs.
• Collate and organize the Studio image/asset library and share assets with regional teams
• Be reactive and responsive to current social media trends.
• Help identify and evolve successful strategies to grow and reward our audiences.

Skill Set
The successful Digital Designer will have the following:

• At least 2 years’ graphic design experience with proven experience in working with well-known brands
• Relevant Degree or HND in Graphic Design, Illustration or Digital Production
• Background in entertainment preferred
• Advanced level Adobe Photoshop (typographic skills, compositing, editorial, can work both print and digital)
• Intermediate level Adobe Premiere (cinemagraphs, motion graphics)
• Intermediate After Effects (editing short clips)
• Basic photography skills (talent visits, prize images)
• A portfolio and/or showreel that demonstrates experience of working with different styles
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build working relationships and handle stakeholders
