How would you like to boldly work where no person has worked before? A forward-thinking and dynamic performance marketing agency is looking for a Customer Experience Product Manager to join its new Customer Experience team, working alongside colleagues in research, conversion, content, design and front-end development to maximise the business' offering in CRO. The opportunity to become Customer Experience Product Manager is a new one and as the successful candidate, you will get the chance to make the role entirely your own- this company doesn't believe in micromanagement, instead it’s a passion for the digital space and a continuous curiosity in how to be better at what it does.
Based in Shoreditch, the Customer Experience Product Manager will take responsibility for the quality and effectiveness of the work that the Customer Experience team produces. It's a very hands-on role and will involve a lot of team collaboration to ensure that team productivity remains high and that clients can receive some outstanding results.

Role and Responsibilities
As Customer Experience Product Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
• Championing the importance of the on-site user journey, whether that is a mobile site, app or desktop website.
• Bringing together disciplines of conversion rate optimisation, user behaviour research, content creation, design and UX to create an overall Customer Experience (CX) process and methodology to use for client briefs.
• Working with the different teams (content, design, research, conversion, front end) to ensure methodologies and testing strategies are efficient and well designed to maximise team productivity and client performance results.
• Establishing what the new CX team will do in the future, including the development of CRO client testing strategies and improving/developing CX products or services for clients.

Skill Set
The successful Customer Experience Product Manager will have the following:
• Proven experience (at least three years) specifically in Marketing, Advertising, Management Consulting, or Web Development.
• Come from a client-side eCommerce role or an agency role focused on CRO.
• Degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Economics, Communications or equivalent
• Experience in conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategy and execution, particularly using A/B and multivariate testing strategies.
• An excellent knowledge of online marketing strategy and eCommerce.
• Ideally some client management experience.
• An understanding of paid marketing channels such as PPC, Affiliate Marketing or display and their effect on conversion and sales
• Knows the principles of UX design and/or human cognitive principles
