A refocused, dynamic data analytics team are looking for someone who can, and will, combine their passion for data and customers as a Customer Analyst. Working for an award-winning consumer media business and magazine publisher, you will be responsible for social and web-analytics for more than 120 web and app properties, including some of the most iconic digital brands in the UK. User your knowledge as Customer Analyst to better serve customers, improve products and monetize customer relationships. Role and Responsibilities
As Customer Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:
• Identify user and customer interactions with products
• Support and maintain customer segmentations and propensity models by querying customer data from a wide variety of sources
• Use customer intelligence to propose how products and services can be tailored to specific audience segments
• Develop a reliable model of customer lifetime value to calculate return on ad spend, platform development, and service delivery
• Carry out cohort analysis to track the behaviour of users over time

Skill Set
The successful Customer Analyst will have the following:
• Experience in a Customer Insight Analyst role or equivalent as well as 2+ years experience in R/SAS
• Advanced SQL is a must, experience in using Snowplow and Looker is a nice to have
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Mathematics or Computer Science
• Clearly articulate and present analytics approaches, plans and results to the business
• A strong analytical approach with excellent knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
• A passion for data analysis and problem-solving
• A proactive and flexible approach
• Quality, accuracy and attention to detail are critical
• The ability to work under own initiative, effectively prioritise workload and thrive in a fast paced environment
