One of the largest global brands is looking to recruit for a Business Change Analyst with experience in operational and analytical reporting to join a large technology programme. As the Business Change Analyst you will be brining together technology and business processes with real tangible impacts on the business.
The Business Change Analyst will be responsible for assessing the change impact of the technology programme on the business. You will be working as pasty of the programme business change team and you will define and deliver business change plans to minimize impact on the business and embed sustainable change.
The Business Change Analyst role is for a 12 month fixed term contract and so a salary will be offered plus benefits. You must be able to demonstrate working within a business change team from a large organisation.

Role and Responsibilities
As the Business Change Analyst your roles and responsibilities will include:
• Previous experience of working on change programmes
• Has experience of undertaking business change impact assessments and devising relevant change interventions
• Has excellent understanding of business change communication practices and has designed and developed materials and delivered in line with planned dates
• Understanding of business change management tools and techniques
• Excellent planning and organisational skills, able to analyse and make judgement calls on competing requirements
• Strong communication and relationship management skills - ability to communicate with people, both verbally and in writing, to senior management level
• Experience of working sensitively and proactively with employees experiencing change

Skill Set
Essential Skills and Experience as the Business Change Analyst:
• Experience working and successfully delivering in a business change management role
• Confident and self-motivated, your excellent interpersonal and communication skills mean you will be able to liaise effectively with all levels of management and other businesses and able to build and maintain strong relationships with a large number of stakeholders, customers, leaders as well as team members
• You will have the ability to generate creative solutions to problems
• Appreciation of project management and business change management methodology and associated tools and techniques
