Due to organic growth we are currently looking to recruit a talented and motivated full-time Administrator to join our busy Birmingham office. The working environment is smart but relaxed and everyone gets on as long as we are not playing table tennis against each other, then things escalate!

Role and Responsibilities
As the successful Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:
• Prepare candidate CVs for clients
• Monitor and action high-volume email enquiries and applications
• Answer and direct telephone enquiries
• Meet and greet guests and candidates
• Manage and amend documents via Adobe Echo Sign
• Log and monitor applications on our recruitment database and job boards
• Maintain, update and cleanse data on our recruitment database
• Ensure information is kept in line with the Data Protection Act
• Provide general admin support to the whole team, such as:
• Assist consultants with the co-ordination of interviews and meetings, including travel arrangements
• Provide some PA support to the Directors
• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets for regular reporting
• Assist with marketing duties as required, such as online advertisements, campaigns and website updates
• Register and monitor staff holiday
• Help with on boarding process for new starters

Skill Set
As the successful Administrator, you will be skilled in:
• Superb attention to detail
• Strong spelling and grammar and excellent telephone manner
• Experienced in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Fast and accurate keyboard skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Good time management skills and able to organise a busy and varied workload
• Can act on own initiative
• Reliable
• Able to learn / develop new skills
• Motivated and enthusiastic, with a strong desire to succeed
• Previous experience of HR, recruitment or having worked in a confidential environment would be an advantage, although full training will be given
