A global leader in manufacturing and distributing online and offline media are looking for an Administrator to join their team in North London.
As a successful Administrator, you will already have administration experience, preferably from a retail environment with a good understanding of manufacturing and distribution processes and a keen interest in the entertainment industry.

As an Administrator you will be responsible for processing orders into the in-house ordering system, responding to customer queries and ensuring payments has been received. As the successful Administrator, you will be a team player with an enthusiastic and flexible approach to your work and have excellent organisational and communication skills.

Role and Responsibilities
As an Administrator, your role will consist of the following responsibilities:
• Manage all orders coming through including processing them into the in-house ordering
system, replying to customer queries regarding deliveries, stock availability, or payment.
• Ensuring accurate customer order entry in a timely fashion.
• Ensure all cheques are received and processed prior to orders being released
• Use reports from the in-house ordering system to check that orders are successfully
shipping to customer & client expectations.
• Spot and follow up on any anomalies ensuring a resolution is put in place at the earliest
• Liaison with Credit and Cash Collection Team to ensure customer payments are received.
• Process problem returns requests ensuring the problem returns requests log is kept up to
• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with the client, credit and operations.
• Fully understand the key dependencies on all functions.
• Help support the wider Client Services team when needed to cover sickness and holidays
• Other additional duties as required by management.

Skill Set
The successful Administrator will possess the following skills:
• Excellent customer service skills, both verbally and written
• Computer literate, strong Excel (v-look up’s, pivot tables etc.)
• Ability to interrogate data and pro-actively take the appropriate action
• Proven administration skills
• Ability to continuously prioritise workload and work under pressure
• To be an effective and flexible member of the Client Services team
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Happy to work both independently and as part of a wider team
• Assertive, diligent, self-motivated, focused and reliable.
• The ability to work un-supervised.
• An appreciation of the need for clear and concise communication
• The ability to negotiate realistic and achievable timescales in a fast moving, demanding
environment and demonstrate excellent time management skills

Preferred Skills/Experience
• Understanding of retail environments
• Understanding of distribution processes
• An keen interest in the entertainment industry
• A car is desirable due to location
