After a two-day sales induction, which mixes theory with real world application on our sales floor; graduates spend a week in a real sales environment making high volume business development calls. This gives your sales hire a world class foundation in behaviour, attitude and technique.

 

Ongoing mentoring

Our programme supports them through a weekly two-hour classroom based programme during the first 6 months of their tenure.
