While traveling to work last week I came across an army which descends onto the NEC every year. A pack of glistening coats, big egos and an intense level of showmanship. I am of course talking about Crufts, the UK’s largest dog show.
Like Crufts, Recruitments’ public perception is in need of bit of a jazz up. As the marketing and design exec, my first challenge (which I continue to fight) is to highlight that recruitment is no longer ‘glossy coat and a pushy owner’. Instead we enable businesses to grow, innovate and conquer the global markets by ensuring they get the right person for the job.
