We have started 2014 with an impressive January in this, our fourth full year of existence. We continue to grow and focus on the burgeoning Digital Media, Technology and Mobile space.  

2013 was an investment year for us and we bolstered our own team. This year we will do the same once again, looking to double our numbers once more. This rapid growth means we can now offer Commercial, Technical, Finance and HR support in London, Birmingham and Manchester.

We are very proud of Tom, our Marketing and Design Exec for designing our new website and all our new branding and also, a special nod to Ben, Co-Founder and our very own Technical Director, for building this website utilising the latest technologies. 

From a Founders point of view, we continue to bootstrap the business and have managed to grow organically. Ben and I started this in my dining room and we have gradually grown into who we are as a business today.

Trying to do something on your own, is tough, exhausting and stressful but the fun we are having and the positive feelings we have when we succeed are priceless. Yes, there are times when we don't sleep at night; yes, there are times when we feel responsible for other people’s mortgages and yes, since we have bootstrapped this business from the start, we have to keep a keen eye on cash-flow but overall, starting Opilio Recruitment has been the best business decision we have made.

We look forward to growing from strength to strength.
