Candidate Registration Form
We will require you to sign and complete a Candidate Registration Form.
Proof of Identity and Right to Work in the UK
We are required by law to obtain confirmation of your identity and will want to see proof of your right to work in the UK if you are not a British or EU Citizen. If relevant, we will also ask for copies of relevant qualifications and details of your references/referees.
Conduct of Employment Agencies & Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, 9. Neither an agency nor an employment business may introduce or supply a work-seeker to a hirer unless it has obtained confirmation (a)of the identity of the work-seeker; (b)that the work-seeker has the experience, training, qualifications and any authorisation which the hirer considers are necessary, or which are required by law or by any professional body, to work in the position which the hirer seeks to fill; and(c)that the work-seeker is willing to work in the position which the hirer seeks to fill.
When registering with us, we will therefore require depending on your status:
1. EU CANDIDATES
Passport – Need the photo page and the front cover
Photo Driving Licence / Birth Certificate and 1 Form of ID (e.g. utility bill)
2. NON-EU CANDIDATES
Visa/work permit and written documentation detailing any restrictions
(If student visa, candidate can only work 20 hours during term time & must supply letter from college/university confirming course attendance.
